Patricia (Grayson) Evans

Patricia Evans age 80, of Clifton, passed away suddenly on December 7, 2022 in Temple, Texas

Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Monday, December 12, 2022 at the Meridian Cemetery. Bro. Richard Creech will officiate.

Pat Evans was born on June 7, 1942 in Harrogate, England. In 1964 she decided to move to the U.S. She married Waylon Scott and was a wonderful mother to his two children, Clay and Leslie. Waylon passed away in 1997. Pat married Dan Evans on October 21, 2000 and they spent 21 wonderful years together until his death on October 18, 2022. Pat had a great sense of humor. Whether it was at her or with her she did not care. She loved traveling and seeing new places. She was loving and kind and made you feel so special. She will be truly missed.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, Clay Scott and wife, Wendy, of Kopperl; grandchildren, Amanda Scott of Meridian, Tyler Scott of Midland; sister, Cynthia Boreham of Harrogate, England; great-grandchild, Addison Scott of Meridian; numerous other relatives and a host of dear friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Eric and Ada Grayson; daughter, Leslie Scott; and husbands, Waylon Scott and Dan Evans.
