Ollie Davis

Ollie M. Davis, age 90, who resided in the Lakeside Village area on Lake Whitney, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014, in Whitney.

A memorial service time and place will be forthcoming.

Ollie was born July 7, 1924, in Sherman, Texas, daughter of the late Willie N. Hasty and Annie Ryals Hasty. On January 23, 1955, she was united in marriage to Dr. Dan D. Davis in Dallas, Texas. She and her husband had lived in Decatur since 1980 where she owned and operated Ollie's Jewelry and Gift Shop for several years. Her husband preceded her in death on September 27, 1993. After retirement, she moved to the Lakeside Village area on Lake Whitney. She was a member of the Kopperl First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Richard Davis, of Morgan.
