Nadine Taylor Munden, age 92, of Clifton, Texas passed away early Tuesday morning February 3, 2015 in a Clifton nursing facility.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Clifton with Rev. Reed Justus and John Mark Fair officiating. The visitation will be at the church from 11:00 A.M. until service time. Interment will be in the Russell Cemetery near Walnut Springs. Pallbearers are Kade Munden, Trent Munden, Tyler Munden, David Munden, Kenny Lander, and Marc Davis.
Mrs. Munden was born December 12, 1922 in Cedar Hill, Texas to Clint and Ethel Vance Taylor. Nadine was raised and educated in the Dallas area. She was a homemaker and a retired Director of Communications for the Dallas Methodist Hospital. She was a member of the Clifton First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Munden is survived by her children: Phillip Munden and wife, Darlene, of Morgan, Bruce Munden of Galveston, Phyllis Munden Lee and husband, Scotty, of Olney; 3 grandchildren, Brent Munden and wife, Gail, of China Spring, Kent Munden and wife, Kim, of China Spring and Miranda Lee of Olney; 5 great-grandchildren, Tyler Munden, Trent Munden, Kade Munden, Kassidy Munden, all of China Spring and McKenna Lee of Olney; sisters: Marcel Bickley and husband, George, of Platte City, Missouri, Margaret West of Midlothian; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clint and Ethel Taylor; brother, Arthur Taylor, and a sister, Mary Lander.
