Kayson Michael McNaught, beloved infant son of Malan Lynette and Stephen Michael McNaught passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Scott and White Hospital, Temple TX. Born pre-term on February 11, 2021, Kayson fought hard to survive but was unable to overcome multiple issues. During his short time on Earth, Kayson touched many lives and was loved by all that met him.

A graveside service will be held March 12, 2021 at the Valley Mills Cemetery. Kayson will be buried next to his great grandmother, Fonia Gibbons, where she will keep a watchful eye on him.

In addition to his parents, Kayson is survived by his grandparents: Michael and Audra Brewer, Jennifer McNaught and Danny Jaco; great grandparents: Stanley Gibbons, Rebecca Brewer, Rhonda Dulaney, Donna McNaught Torres, Jerry and Ann Jaco, Marie Swickie; uncles: Michael Brewer, Montana Brewer, Brandon Dulaney, MacKenzie Dulaney, Jeremy Jaco, Memphis Jaco, Jameson Jaco; and aunts: Jordan McNaught, Cheyenne McNaught, Beth Fisher, Britne Jaco, Kathryn Dulaney. Proceeded in death by grandfather Shawn McNaught, great grandfather Stephen Don McNaught, Elmer Lee Brewer, Gilbert Torres; great grandmother Fonia Gibbons.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Scott and White in Temple for their incredible care to Kayson and the entire family.

Arrangements were made by Lawson Funeral Home, Meridian, Texas 254-435-2792.
