Judy Mae Gibson

Judy Mae Gibson age 80, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on November 24, 2024 in Arlington, Texas.

Celebration of life will be held at 2 P.M., Monday, December 2, 2024 at Lawson Funeral Home in Meridian. Burial was held in the Meridian Cemetery.

Judy Mae Thompson Gibson was born on May 23, 1944 in Spirit Lake, Iowa to Lewis and Irene Dorothy Eaton Thompson. She was educated in Walnut Springs, Texas. After high school she went into the mortgage lending business. When she was not working she enjoyed cooking for her family. 

Left to cherish her memories are her son, David McNiel and wife; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and many friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Gibson, and children, Matthew Gibson and Linda McNiel.
