Rhonda Joan Holley, age 84, of Lakeside Village, passed away peacefully in her home November 3,2024.

Joan was the oldest of nine siblings born to Hubert Charles and Lula Mae Spurgeon on July 23,1940 in Corsicana Tx. She is preceded in death by her son Steven Dennis Booe, her five brothers Larry, Gary, Ricky, Randall, and Danny Spurgeon, and two sisters Patsy Bonds and Janie Logan.

Joan enjoyed gardening, traveling, painting, fishing, slot machines, and cooking for our very large family. She worked many different jobs including dog grooming, waitress, florist assisting, making wedding cakes, and private duty care giving. She loved to talk and tell fun stories and memories with all her family and loved ones. She enjoyed visiting Winstar with our Pop Frank to hear Willie Nelson sing on the slot machine. Nan and Pop would have celebrated their golden 50th wedding anniversary on November 11 of this year.

She is survived by her loving husband Frank Holley (Pop), brother Sammy and wife Sharon, sister-in-law Reba Lovell, children Jackquita Booe, Debra Holley, Kelly Keisling, Roxanne and husband Tommy Compton, and Katy and husband Richard Craddock. Nan and Pop have 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and a multitude of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends

Graveside service will be Saturday, November 16, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Spring Creek Cemetery.
