Glowdene Resendez

Glowdene Land Resendez age 70 of Rainbow, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017 in Walnut Springs.

Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 4, 2017 at the Ward Branch Cemetery near Glen Rose.

Glowdene Land was born on December 10, 1946 in Cleburne, Texas to Lawrence Dennis and Inieze June Whitworth Land. She was a homemaker. Glowdene married Antonio Resendez on September 8, 1969 in Fairfield, Texas. She was of the Baptist faith.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Antonio Resendez of Rainbow; children, Antonio Lawrence Resendez, Sr., and wife, Margaret, of Arlington, Kim Isable Resendez and wife, Serena, of Madisonville, Sirina Resendez of Crowley; grandchildren, Antonio Lawrence Resendez, Jr., Rebecca Simone Resendez, Kimberly Dawn Marie Resendez, Jessica Lee Resendez, Hunter Redmond, Madison Metker, Landon Metker, and Camaron Metker; numerous other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Dennis Land and Inieze June Whitworth Land; and sister, Ruby June Williams.
