Freddie Juanita Griffith

Freddie Juanita Griffith, 93 of Morgan, passed away on October 19, 2024 in Clifton, Texas.

Graveside services will be Wednesday October 23, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at the Morgan Cemetery. Bro. Phil Murphy will officiate. She will lie in state at Lawson Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Freddie was born on January 17, 1931 to George and Viola Lechler on Valley Mills, Texas. She married Travis Griffith on November 1, 1952. Freddie was a loving mother and grandmother. Her children always came first in her life. She loved having the grandkids over for a visit, always having plenty of snacks to offer them. Family was very important to her. We will all miss her greatly.

Freddie was preceded in death by her husband Travis A. Griffith, son Travis W. Griffith and wife, Charline, and grandson, Travis L. Griffith.

Left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Sherry Murphy and husband Phil, sons, John Griffith, Dennis Griffith; grandchildren, Tena Watts and husband Keith, Clint Murphy and wife Wendy, Todd Murphy and wife Kristy, Kristal Sims and husband Dewayne, J.D. Griffith and wife Michelle and Otis Griffith; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
