Fletcher Autrey

Retired cabinetmaker Fletcher Lynn Autrey, age 62, of Meridian joined the Lord on March 14, 2016.

Celebration of life for Mr. Autrey was at 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Windy Ryon Area in Saginaw, Texas: 6201 Windy Ryon Way, Saginaw, Texas 76179.

He was a beloved Brother, Son, Father, Uncle, Grandfather, and Friend to many. Mr. Autrey was born on May 8, 1953 in Fort Worth, Texas where he lived until he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, and lived in Kansas for over 30 years before returning to Texas in 2011.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cantrell Autrey.

Fletcher is survived by his mother, Kathryn Autrey of Meridian; as well as his loving brother, Byron Autrey of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister, Rhonda Tarbell and husband, Bart, of Justin; niece, Elissa Tarbell of Justin; two daughters, Sheri Autrey of Louisburg, Kansas, Christy Raymor and husband, Nathan, of LaCynge, Kansas; grandchildren, Blake and Lydia Autrey, Cole, Nick, and Abby Raymor; his wife, Winnie Autrey; and many loving cousins, extended family, and many friends.

Until his illness, he was a carpenter and avid golfer, who enjoyed making friends of everyone he met. He was kind hearted and generous. We are blessed to have had him in our lives, and we will miss him dearly.
