Biography

Bill Yarborough, age 68, of Clifton, passed away Friday evening, October 13, 2017, in Clifton with family by his side.

Services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, October 20, 2017 at the Boggy Cemetery located on FM# 219 between Clifton and Cranfills Gap. Rev. Richard Creech will officiate.

Bill was born July 26, 1949, in Miami, Florida. He was raised in Florida and was a graduate of Nova High School in Davie, Florida. He attended college for two years and served in the U. S. Army. Bill moved to Texas in 1976 where he owned and operated a ceramic tile company for over 40 years. He moved to Clifton in 1998.

The family requests that memorials be made to the Scholarship Fund, Rodeo Cowboy Alumni, P.O. Box 59, Grandview, Texas, 76050, in memory of Bill.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy; sons, Rob Yarborough , Danny Yarborough and wife, Janet, Beau Yarborough and wife, Lori, Cody Yarborough and wife, Jackie, and Cale Yarborough and wife, Ky; sisters, Cindy Bell and husband, Ron and Betty Ann Yarborough; brother, Harold Yarborough and wife, Vikki; step-mother, Annette Yarborough; step-son, Jason Lanham and wife, Jocelyn; father-in-law, Charles Bisese; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, David A. Yarborough and his mother, Betty Helen Marley Yarborough.
