Boyd Mitchell Crawford

Boyd Mitchell Crawford was born on June 26, 1961 in Clifton, Texas to the parentage of Fred and Barbara Crawford.

Boyd attended Richfield High School in Waco, Texas where he graduated in 1979. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Boyd was loving, caring, kind, giving, passionate, strong-willed and deeply loyal. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. I could hear him say "Go Cowboys" or "How Bout them Boys"? Boyd was truly loved by many. After graduation he worked for Oasis Drinking Water as a driver. Later in 1987, he relocated and settled in Houston, Texas. He worked for many trucking companies and landed at SWS (Specialized Waste System) and was there until his health declined in 2019. 

On Sunday, June 9, 2024, Boyd was called from labor to reward. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories, sisters, Sherry Crawford of Waco, Belinda Crawford "Pee Wee" of Sugarland; aunts, Ruth Farrell of Waco, Essie Crawford of Meridian, Doris (Paul) Hicks of McGregor, Avonda (Irrin) Talley of Temple; uncles, Charles Crawford of Houston, Clayton Berkley of Waco, James Berkley of California; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
