Bonnie Algren, age 45, of Cranfills Gap, passed away Wednesday afternoon, July 22, 2015, in Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 26, 2015, in the St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Cranfills Gap with Rev. Joan Iker officiating. Burial was in the St. Olaf (Rock Church) Lutheran Cemetery.
A visitation was held from 5 to 6 P.M., Saturday, July 25, 2015, in the Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.
Bonnie was born February 21, 1970, in Temple, Texas, and grew up in Belton.
She was a graduate of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton and later from Baylor University. Bonnie was presently working as a research statistician for Tarleton University in Stephenville. She was a member of the St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Cranfills Gap. Bonnie was married to Russell Algren.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Algren of Cranfills Gap; children, Anthony Algren and Troy Algren, both of Cranfills Gap; Kerra Tomaski and husband, Raymond, of Stephenville and Julie Terry of Granbury; grandchildren, Leyla Tomaski, Jadalynn Algren, Katy Algren and Zayden Sanders; mother, Mary Jane Lick of Gatesville; sister, Katie Lick; brother, John Lick of Belton; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
