Beatriz "Bea" Helker

Beatriz "Bea" Helker, loving wife and mother was suddenly taken on Thursday, April 12, 2018 by Christ Jesus to serve with him in Heaven.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 17, 2018, in the First Baptist Church, 207 South Ave. F, in Clifton, Texas.  Rev. Rane Carpenter will officiate.  Burial will be in the Restland Cemetery in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday, April 18, at 1:00 P.M.  A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M., Monday, April 16, in the Lawson Funeral Home Chapel.  Serving as pallbearers are Rodger Helker, Edward Helker, Raymon Bernal, Ronnie Cosper, Bill Golden and Scott Doores.

Beatriz Bernal was born on July 25, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas to Jose Angel and Carmen Franco Bernal. She will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing her.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Daniel Helker; son, Matthew Mitchell and wife, Danielle; brother, Ramon Bernal; sisters, Lydia Bernal and husband, Tom Simpson, Sylvia Kennemer and husband, Harold, Rebecca Butler; brothers, Freddie Bernal and wife, Sylvia, Danny Bernal and wife, Jamie; and countless adored nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Carmen Bernal, and brother, Joe Bernal, Jr.

Memorials can be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Spring Creek Baptist Baptist Church in Bosque County.
