Amy Deanna Mantooth Adams, age 44, passed away on August 16, 2016 in Glen Rose, Texas.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 19, 2016 at the First United Pentecostal Family Church in Cleburne, Texas. Rev. Dewaun Ashley, Rev. F.L. Ashley, and Rev. W.C. Roach will officiate. Burial will be in the Brazos Point Cemetery in Brazos Point. A reception will follow the burial at the Brazos Point Church fellowship hall. A visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Lawson Funeral Home in Meridian.
Pallbearers are Lesley Jameson, Scott Tacker, Mark Tacker, Otis Vaughn, Larry Williams, Theo Heartsill, and David Doss.
Amy Deanna Mantooth was born on May 12, 1972 in Cleburne, Texas to Harvey Lee and Sandra Joyce Barnes Mantooth. She attended and graduated from Glen Rose High School. Shortly after graduating from high school Deanna started working in the banking business. While still in school she attended the Vine Life United Pentecostal Church in Glen Rose. On July 4, 1992 she married Michael Adams in Glen Rose, Texas. Deanna served as a ministers wife in Electra, Texas, Marlin, Texas, and also Walnut Springs, Texas. She was currently attending the First United Pentecostal Family Church in Cleburne.
She is survived by her husband, R. Michael Adams of Glen Rose; daughters, Kamie Rayanna Adams, Emilee Maranda Adams, and Allie Denae Adams all of Glen Rose; parents, Harvey and Sandra Mantooth of Glen Rose; sisters, Shelia Gail Doss and husband, David, of Glen Rose, Trudy Heartsill and husband, Theo, of Walnut Springs; nieces, Lindsey and Lauren Heartsill of Walnut Springs; and a number of other relatives and many friends.
